Thousands of carbon fibres are twisted together to form a yarn and woven into fabric. This is combined with an adhesive resin then moulded into shape with the most exacting attention to detail. In the Vanquish, we make sure the weave of the carbon traverses the car diagonally, from left to right. While in the Vantage, it is laid to create an absolutely symmetrical V down the centre line of the car. It may be bordering on obsession.
